Eligibility Criteria & Technical Requirements

1. Deputy Director Positions (PPG-7 Grade)

General Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Cyber Security from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience Requirement: At least 05 years of post-qualification experience in large-scale national or international organizations within relevant specialized domains (GRC, Offensive Security, or SOC L3 Operations).

Certifications Required: Valid international certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO27001 LA/LI (for GRC); OSCP, LPT, CPENT, CEH (for Offensive Security); or CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CASP+ (for SOC L3).

2. Assistant Director Positions (PPG-6 Grade)

General Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Information Security, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Cyber Security.

Experience Requirement: At least 03 years of post-qualification experience in specialized technical roles (Penetration Testing, Application Security Testing, SOC L2 Analysis, Digital Forensics, or Infrastructure/Security Architecture).

Certifications Required: CEH, OSCP, LPT, RTO, PenTest+, CySA+, SSCP, CHFI, eCDFP, Microsoft Azure Security Architect, Azure Network Engineer, CCNP Security, or CDE depending on the applied designation.
